Winner of A Great Place To Work
Rotterdam, April 12th 2011 – Motion10 was announced as the best employer in The Netherlands during the annual presentation of the results of the Great Place to Work. This announcement took place at the new creative hotspot De Overkant op het oud Stork terrein in Amsterdam. Every year, the Great Place To Work Institute publishes lists of the best employers in forty countries, including The Netherlands, in three categories. motion10 participated for the second time in the category 'small and young enterprises'. Last year motion10 earned third place.
In October 2010 an anonymous survey was filled in by the motion10 employees for the Great Place to Work award. The results counted for one-third. In November, the management of motion10 answered a survey of open questions, which counted for two-thirds. The survey resulted in 100% credibility. The other parts where motion10 could score were respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Next to that, the answers of the motion10 management were completely consistent compared to last year’s survey.
