Motion10 is a Great Place to Work!
April 8 2010 – Motion10 is one of the best employers of the Netherlands! On Thursday, April 8, we finished in third place in the annual Great Place to Work election. The Great Place To Work Institute annually publishes lists of the best employers in forty countries, including the Netherlands, divided over three categories. Motion10 took part in the new category 'small and young companies’, a great opportunity for our company to further grow and improve itself.
For the Great Place to Work election, the confidence that employees have in their employers is measured, as well as the quality of the relationships between workers and between workers and management. This is divided into different sections: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Such a survey is a great way for us to discover how our people view us. We are especially proud that they are so happy. It is our employees who make it possible for us as a company to outdo ourselves.
The survey was conducted among our employees in November and December 2009 and completed by 88%. They valued motion10 mainly because of its fairness (97%) and credibility (89%). This is the first time motion10 took part in the Great Place to Work election and of course we will participate again next year. Employees of motion10, thank you!
